Using GanttPilot
GanttPilot provides browser-based Gantt planning, schedule editing, AI-assisted schedule previews, resource checks, Google Drive file workflows, and project file export. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service in compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform terms.
Your project data
You retain ownership of the project schedules, files, task data, resources, notes, and other content you create or import into GanttPilot. You grant us the permission needed to host, process, display, export, and otherwise operate the service for you.
Google Drive features
Google Drive integration is optional. If you connect Google Drive, GanttPilot will use the connection only to perform actions you request, such as opening a selected file or saving a GanttPilot plan file. You can revoke access from your Google Account at any time.
AI outputs
AI-generated suggestions, schedule previews, explanations, and plan changes may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before applying them to real project schedules or sharing them with stakeholders.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, invoices, and payment processing may be handled by Paddle or another payment provider. Subscription access, renewals, cancellations, taxes, and refunds are governed by the checkout terms shown at purchase and applicable payment provider policies. Our refund rules are described in the Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service operations, upload unlawful content, or use the service to violate the rights of others.
Service changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes when practical.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GanttPilot disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
