GanttPilot Refund Policy

Overview

GanttPilot is a subscription-based SaaS product for AI-assisted Gantt planning, schedule editing, resource review, Google Drive file workflows, and Project XML export. This policy explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled.

Canceling a subscription

You can cancel your paid subscription from the billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law, canceling a subscription does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period.

Refund requests

If you are not satisfied with GanttPilot, contact us within 14 days of your first paid subscription purchase. We will review refund requests in good faith and may issue a refund when the product was not usable for your intended planning workflow, there was a billing error, or local consumer law requires a refund.

Refunds are generally not available for repeated renewal charges after continued use, account misuse, or requests made long after the billing period has started, unless required by applicable law.

How refunds are processed

Payments may be processed by Paddle or another payment provider. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider, card network, bank, and country.
